Turn saved iPhone Live Photos or Android Motion Photos into universal MP4 videos
MP4 is the safest format when you want a Live Photo to play outside Apple's Photos app. It works in WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Android galleries, Windows, macOS, and most editing tools. This page is tuned for one job: take the motion part of a Live Photo and export a clean MP4 with audio preserved.
Choose a .livp package, a MOV from the Live Photo, a video saved from iPhone Photos, or the original Android Motion Photo JPG. The conversion runs locally in your browser, so the original file is not uploaded to a server. If you want non-MP4 output such as WebM, use the broader Live Photo to Video converter.
iPhone browsers usually cannot hand a full Live Photo to a website from the Photos picker; they often pass only the still frame. Use Photos > Share > Save as Video first, then upload that saved video here. On Android, choose the original Samsung or Pixel Motion Photo JPG if you want the browser to extract the hidden MP4. For the file-level reason, read the Live Photo format guide.
